Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Space Systems Engineer to create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models and SE products from concept to lifecycle on a Medium Earth Orbit Space and Ground system.

You will mentor and supervise team members on SE tasks, guide system development, and apply extensive technical expertise to resolve complex integration challenges while collaborating with government clients and FFRDCs to meet program goals.

Qualifications

Apply extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge to guide system development. Find innovative solutions to complex integration problems. You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with large-scale missions, systems engineering and integration
  • 8+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems
  • 3+ years of experience with MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
  • Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
  • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Model-Based Verification and Validation
  • Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
