Job summary

Starpath Robotics, located in Hawthorne, California, is searching for a Mechanical Engineer (Structures) to design and build essential systems for lunar and Martian environments. The ideal candidate will manage load-bearing hardware through all phases from design to flight.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical design or structural engineering experience.
• Ability to produce detailed engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Experience designing flight hardware for extreme environments.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical structures from concept through detailed design.
• Perform structural analysis to size hardware for operational loads.
• Generate manufacturing and assembly drawings with GD&T.
