Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Payload Communications Manager (Paycom) Console Operator to serve as the primary voice between the ISS crew and ground support for payload operations. Responsibilities include real-time Space-to-Ground communications, logging events, and coordinating with POIC and CapCom.

Occasional travel and shift work are required, with certification and written/verbal communication skills emphasized.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain/maintain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a certified Paycom in ISS stage operations and console duties.
• Coordinate Space-to-Ground voice, emails, and crew messages for payload operations.
• Log payload-related voice and video traffic and coordinate with ground centers.
