Job summary

Vast Space Llc. is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support the design and build of innovative space stations in Long Beach, California. This full-time position involves overseeing project implementation, collaborating with vendors and engineers, and ensuring the execution of project specifications.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in engineering, and possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-stress environment, as well as the ability to navigate technical documentation and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s of Science in engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Experience with aerospace facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of project implementation.
• Create and present meetings with executive leadership.
• Monitor costs and project progress.
