Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a Requirements Integration Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead the requirements team supporting the PM and contracting office. The role focuses on translating mission needs into AAF-aligned requirements across multiple pathways and producing authoritative documentation.

You will coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders, manage publication schedules, and maintain technical references as the space domain evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience translating mission needs into AAF-aligned requirements.
• 5+ years direct space mission experience across multiple areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interface with combatant command staff.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and contracting teams as senior Requirements Team member.
• Translate operational needs into AAF pathway-specific requirements.
• Produce, edit, and organize data for complex technical publications.
• Author and maintain Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
• Coordinate publications with PM, SMEs, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and track document delivery milestones.
