Job summary

This role involves managing the successful delivery of mission-critical programs for U.S. Government and commercial customers in areas such as Space Domain Awareness and Missile Warning missions. The Program Manager will be responsible for overall program performance, customer engagement, stakeholder management, and contract execution.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in managing technical programs, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of leading cross-functional teams effectively. The position requires S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, projects, contracts, or customer-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution and serve as the primary interface between LeoLabs and customer stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful contract performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, business development, and customer success.
