Job summary

Spektrum supports allied space and defence programs, delivering specialist services and PMT-driven capability development. The role centers on NATO Space Capability Programme delivery, coordinating with HQ SACT, SHAPE, NCIA, NSPA, and partners to advance space capabilities.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in NATO capability development or defence programme management, with strong PMT, C2 and DOORS experience, and the ability to operate across multinational governance structures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ NATO capability development or defence programme management experience.
• Knowledge of NATO Space policy, CPP governance and PMT processes.
• 3+ years operational knowledge of C2 systems within the last 10 years.
• 3+ years in Capability Development and Management in the C2 area.
• Experience with multinational programmes and senior governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Support the ACT Space Branch PMT in delivering the NATO Space Capability Programme across all tranches and projects.
• Coordinate programme execution between HQ SACT, SHAPE, NCIA, NSPA, nations and partners.
• Develop, refine, and implement programme artefacts including proposals, plans, reviews and roadmaps.
• Synchronize OSS, SDA and SDC capabilities and dependencies.
• Contribute to governance activities, PMT meetings and senior leader engagements.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate programme risks and interdependencies.
• Support wargaming, demonstrations, and exercises including Arctic Sentry and Cosmic Sentinel.
• Coordinate with PMT SMEs and national experts to maintain coherence and analysis of alternatives.
• Engage with industry and NATO space partners for strategy implementation.
• Produce reports and briefings for ACT Space Branch leadership.
• Travel up to 30 days per year for meetings and conferences.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the COTR related to the LABOR category.
