Job summary

STI-TEC is seeking a Program Manager SME to support Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power and Battle Management Command, Control & Communications programs. The role involves providing acquisition advice, managing complex programs, and coordinating with government stakeholders.

Required qualifications include TS/SCI clearance, a MA/MS degree, and 15+ years in space program support. Target salary range aligns with government contracting standards and STI-TEC benefits are

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance or higher is required.
• MA/MS degree or higher is required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in space programs or related fields.
• Deep understanding of acquisition life cycle for space programs in DoD.
• Knowledge of Air Force/Space Acquisition terminology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice for acquisition life cycle phases.
• Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology and integration activities.
• Advise on cost, schedule, and performance matters for programs.
• Assist leadership with portfolio management and alignment of acquisitions, manpower, and funding.
• Identify and minimize interface and integration risks across programs.
• Coordinate resolution of program issues and facilitate cross-team communication.
