Job summary

Stellar Solutions, a leading space-focused engineering firm, seeks a Program Management & Acquisition Support professional for an on-site role near Albuquerque, NM. You will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance to a government rapid capabilities organization responsible for developing space capabilities.

The role covers time-critical acquisition, test, transition, and program execution across space vehicles, subsystems, and ground systems, requiring strong technical and project

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of DoD/IC or industry experience.
• Experience testing satellite systems.
• Understanding of operational environments and mission-user needs.
• Experience with DoD program management including schedules.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Engineering degree from ABET-accredited program or PE license.
• Master of Arts, Science, or Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisition strategy, program execution, and design challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions and action plans.
• Draft, review, and coordinate program reports, acquisition documents, and executive briefings.
• Manage multiple projects and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support time-critical projects, test activities, and transitions.
