Target is seeking a Senior Manager for Space & Presentation (SPT) to lead the division's transition planning, space allocation and presentation objectives in a hybrid work model based in Minneapolis, MN. You will partner with Merchandising, Store Operations and Visual Merchandising to optimize store layouts and product adjacency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in retail, Space & Presentation, Buying or Planning/Inventory.
• Strong team leadership and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary SPT partner for the division, collaborating with Merchandising and Store Ops teams.
• Develop timing and actions for transitions, space allocation and presentation objectives.
• Oversee a global SPT team delivering transition projects and adherence to deadlines.
• Hire, train, onboard, coach and manage workload for the SPT team.
• Align space, adjacency and POP (POG) delivery with business goals.
