Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring for a Planograms Reset Merchandiser role in Tyler, TX, working on-site three days a week. You will manage space, analyze data, and create client-specific reports to optimize merchandising across categories.

Responsibilities include developing planograms, ensuring visual standards, and validating data accuracy with BI teams. A strong data mindset and 2+ years in reset/merchandising are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry-level experience (reset/merchandising) or an Associate’s degree.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA), Apollo/Symphony, and EYC Space Management Software, is nice to have.
• Proficient in Excel (for data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Identify and leverage relevant data to diagnose situations and identify potential solutions.
• Conduct data mining utilizing CPG math concepts and tools effectively and independently.
• Manage multiple projects and have strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter and willing to take ownership of responsibilities and career path.
