Job summary

Harbor Lane is seeking a detail-oriented floor plan specialist to measure new homes and community units, and to create accurate, to-scale furniture layouts. You will produce clear floor plans for clients and construction crews, adjusting plans based on client feedback to ensure optimal space usage.

You will also collect move-in rules and delivery windows, ensuring access constraints are accounted for. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required, with the ability to move

• Measure the client's existing furniture and build a to-scale layout
• Produce a clear, readable floor plan the client and the crew can both follow
• Adjust the plan with the client until it works for how they actually live
• Collect community move-in rules, delivery windows, and access constraints
