Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a Strategy and Campaign Plans Subject Matter Expert to support US Space Command's CJTF-SO J5 at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.

You will analyze, develop, and integrate adversary-specific details in plans, participate in planning conferences, and brief senior leaders. Applicants should have TS/SCI with SAP/IJSTO eligibility, a Bachelor's degree or higher, JPME I/II preferred, and space operations knowledge.

Competenze

• Experience creating government content for USSPACECOM J5.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving at a senior level.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to brief senior GO/FLAG level officers and civilians.
• Coordinate plans between internal and external staff agencies.
• Current/relevant space and joint space operations knowledge.
• Experience on Combatant Command, MAJCOM, HHQ, Joint Staff or OSD staff.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required; JPME I highly desired, JPME II preferred.

Mansioni

• Analyze, develop, and integrate adversary-specific details in plans and targeting.
• Represent the J5 and J53 in command events and manage limited admin duties.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS planning conferences and events.
• Develop and maintain support plans, mission analyses, COA analyses, and wargame products.
