Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a driven Driver for our Midland, TX production facility. You will safely operate box trucks, manage material flow, and support warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

The role requires a valid license, forklift certification, and ability to work a 3x12 shift on Fridays through Sundays. Base pay starts at $20 per hour with responsibility for inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience operating box trucks, delivery vehicles or warehouse equipment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory, ERP, or scanning systems preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company box truck to transport materials between facilities and production areas.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report vehicle issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage.
• Verify shipments and documentation for accuracy.
• Receive, store, stage, and deliver materials to designated locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
