Job summary

United Launch Alliance, LLC. in Cape Canaveral Space Force Station seeks a senior Engineering & Infrastructure Operations Facility Systems Leader to manage Communications & Data Networks, Electromechanical Systems, and Environmental Control Systems for launch operations.

You will oversee validation, customer requirements, and mission readiness across CCSFS and Vandenberg. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a STEM field with 8 years in operations, strong communication, and managerial experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating personnel for critical operations.
• Experience directing investigation, troubleshooting and repair of engineering systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with customers and subcontractors.
• Managerial experience including evaluations and personnel management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule E&I mission support and personnel.
• Execute E&I validations, operational checkouts, pre/post-launch requirements.
• Lead implementation of Mission Unique capabilities and customer requirements.
• Reconcile E&I’s Test Requirement Documents.
• Document data findings and complete corrective actions.
• Support E&I’s launch critical mobile equipment systems.
