Collins Aerospace in Rockford, IL is seeking a Civil Space SLS Operations Product Manager Lead to oversee LRUs across the Space Launch System and Artemis programs. You will align priorities, manage delivery risks, and drive execution discipline, mentoring OPMs and coordinating with GM IPT and operations leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in manufacturing or production, experience with ERP/MRP, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 7–10+ years in related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or shop-floor operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional groups and teams with direct reports.
• Experience with supply chain, purchasing, material planning, or production control.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee execution performance for LRUs across the Space Launch System aligned to GM priorities.
• Consolidate program visibility to support informed decision-making at GM IPT leadership level.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and operations leadership to address delivery risks.
• Lead and mentor Operations Product Managers to enhance team performance.
• Act as the escalation point for resolving complex operational issues.
• Ensure consistent execution discipline across the OPM team.
• Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to leadership.
• May require up to 10% travel.
