Job summary

Redwire Space, Inc. is seeking an IT Compliance Auditor (Analyst) to join our team. The role supports Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other regulatory requirements by executing IT controls across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have IT risk management or auditing background, strong project management and communications skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. This primarily remote position may require onsite presence for key activities and occasional travel to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT SOX compliance or IT audit
• Experience with IT audit procedures and evidence collection
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT controls tests and validations in line with framework and best practices
• Create and maintain clear audit documentation proving controls design and operating effectiveness
• Coordinate walkthroughs with internal and external audit teams and respond to inquiries
• Perform root-cause analysis of control deficiencies and track remediation actions
• Provide guidance on control design, operation, and documentation across IT teams
• Update control narratives and process flows as needed
• Develop understanding of business processes to advise on IT governance and compliance posture
• Prepare reporting for senior management and execs
• Support Cybersecurity incident response as required
• Stay current with IT audit trends and regulatory changes in the field
