Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; ABET preferred but not required.
• Experience with environmental test equipment and test procedures.
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental test campaigns for spacecraft hardware and processes.
• Develop and optimize test procedures and SOPs for technicians.
• Troubleshoot test equipment, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• Improve test efficiency to enable high-rate production and throughput.
• Support automation initiatives and equipment qualification.
