Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks an experienced Information Analyst to support HQ USSF S6 Cyber Governance and ATO/RMF initiatives at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. The role provides advisory services to senior USSF leaders and requires strong RMF expertise and security documentation experience.

You will lead and coordinate SCA activities, develop RMF artifacts, verify eMASS data, and mentor junior staff while interfacing with Air Force and Space Force teams to advance cybersecurity readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Familiarity with DoDI 8510.01, AFMAN 17-1303, and USSF RMF procedures.
• Experience conducting control assessments at IL2–IL6, TS/SCI eligibility.
• Experience authoring SAPs, SARs, POA&Ms in eMASS.
• DoD 8140/8570 baseline IA certification at IAM-II or IASAE-I level.
• TS/SCI with SCI eligibility; Top Secret clearance acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Security Control Assessor or lead for designated USSF systems.
• Develop and review RMF documentation (SAP, SAR, RAR, POA&M).
• Verify eMASS artifacts for accuracy and completeness; coordinate with ISSOs/ISSMs.
• Advise AO-designated reps on system readiness for ATO or continuous monitoring.
• Support Security Authorization Boundary development and system categorization.
• Contribute to CONMON strategy and risk dashboards per DoD guidance.
• Mentor junior analysts in control assessment and eMASS data entry.
• Review SSPs, SARs, and POA&Ms; ensure RMF compliance; integrate DevSecOps controls.
