Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to work on projects spanning mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid, and avionics systems. Interns will integrate design for manufacturing with testing, operations, and materials & processes, gaining hands-on experience while mentored by experienced engineers.

Applicants should be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, undergrad students with at least one semester left, and available for full-time 15 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester/quarter remaining after the internship.
• Available to work full time for 15 weeks while not enrolled in coursework.

Responsibilities

• Work on manufacturing engineering projects across mechanical, propulsion, structural, fluid and avionics domains.
• Integrate design for manufacturing, test, operations, and materials & processes into projects.
• Gain hands-on, real-world experience with mentorship and feedback from managers.
