Job summary

a.i. solutions is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Commercial Space Domain Awareness (SDA) team.

The coordinator will work closely with trainers and exercise designers to ensure their data requirements are met and support mission readiness across USSF units. The role requires coordinating live and simulated satellite data, operating data aggregation systems, and engaging with satellite owners to tailor training objectives.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in engineering, physics, or related STEM field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 5+ years in satellite flight dynamics, operations, SSA or SDA.
• Participation in military SSA/SDA trainings and exercises.
• Ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Ability to read, understand, and write technical documents.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with USSF trainers and exercise designers to match live and simulated satellite data to training needs.
• Operate an aggregation and distribution system for live satellite data.
• Coordinate with satellite owners/operators for new sources of live satellite data.
• Engage with satellite owners/operators to customize ops plans to assist training objectives.
• Extract technical information about live satellite operations from planning documents.
• Generate simulated SDA data in response to requests from trainers and exercise designers.
• Continually improve knowledge to grow our value to the customer.
