Job summary

Noblis in Chantilly, VA seeks an Acquisition Specialist I to support a national space enterprise and ground systems architecture. You will work with government PMs and COTRs on RFPs, task orders, and program planning, coordinating technical evaluations and proposals.

The role emphasizes acquisition guidance, agile program management, and collaboration across DoD/IC customers. Active TS/SCI with CI poly is required; some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree and 0 years OR Associate and 3 years OR High School/GED Diploma and 6 years.
• Experience in project management and acquisition, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC.
• Familiarity with project management; monitoring cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes and docs.
• Familiarity with contracting types: competition, sole source, IDIQ/TOs, OTAs, or BAs.
• Ability to facilitate multi-INT, multi-sensor, multi-nodal processing within the enterprise.
• Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily.
• Track and present program briefings and update project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acquisition support to the Program Manager with technical knowledge of the teams and programs.
• Provide acquisition guidance, planning, and recommendations for National Systems-based capabilities.
• Assist the PM/COTR during RFP package development and tech evaluation coordination.
• Will support Agile-based program management.
• Support the PM in systems, mission, and enterprise areas with program management, acquisition, analytic support, and budgeting.
• Serve as technical expert in the assigned area.
• Provide admin and technical support to Government leadership, cross coordination, and DoD/IC customers.
