Job summary

Element U.S. Space & Defense is seeking a professional to manage a book of active customer projects in Santa Clarita.

You will oversee short-term and long-term testing programs, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and within scope while compressing the project life cycle and meeting customer expectations. Responsibilities include planning, controlling projects through full life cycle, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, and applying PM principles.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' testing or technical customer service experience.
• AA Degree; BA/BS preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong ability to manage projects from initiation to close.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full life cycle from initiation to completion.
• Keep costs at or below quoted amount while delivering value.
• Build internal and external relationships and coordinate subcontractors.
