Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Space/Counterspace Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. You will perform All-Source analysis on foreign space capabilities, including doctrine, platforms, and emerging technologies, and support government clients with concise, actionable reports.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong OSINT, research, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant analysis experience.
• Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines.
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with OSINT and open-source data.
• Experience with structured analytic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct All-Source analytic production on foreign space capabilities.
• Prepare and brief concise analytic reports and assessments.
• Document open-source data and create structured data reports.
• Train and mentor personnel in OSINT tradecraft.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists on foreign space capabilities.
