Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident required to meet work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance quantitative models, algorithms, and simulation frameworks to support mission analysis and enhance space communications capabilities.
• Perform system-level analyses, including network capacity and loading assessments, coverage evaluations, and AoA analyses.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize RF communications architectures for space and ground systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate mission requirements into technical solutions and analytical models.
• Document methodologies, results, and recommendations in clear technical reports and briefings.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of mission analysis tools and processes.
• Manage and update technical documentation and databases for operational and projected missions and assets.
