The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in developing advanced communications systems and a strong understanding of the full space product lifecycle.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $228,000 - $279,000 annually, alongside company stock options and a generous benefits package including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing advanced communications systems in satellite or aerospace.
• Proven experience as a technical execution lead.
• Understanding of satellite payload constraints including power, thermal, and volume budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of communications architectures including RF front ends.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with customers.
• Guide and coordinate engineering activities across multiple domains.

Skills

Deep background in digital communications

RF architecture

Signal processing

FPGA-based systems

Hands-on experience with SDRs

Familiarity with space environmental effects
