Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years merchandising/planogram experience preferred; willingness to learn.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and browsers.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with merchandising, planograms, or floorplans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Space and Assortment planning teams on projects, independently or with the team or clients.
• Maintain and update data across multiple tools to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Receive guided hands-on practice with space and assortment planning software.
• Learn how planning initiatives come together and contribute ideas to solve customer challenges.
• Learn basic client/customer strategies to support department goals.
