Job summary

Space Systems Integration LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Space Acquisition Logistics/Life Cycle Manager to lead logistics planning and analysis across acquisition programs. You will drive life cycle integrated product support for highly classified systems, coordinating across program teams and external agencies.

The role requires extensive DoD logistics experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and the ability to communicate complex results to management and executives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of proven experience in DoD and/or IC system operational logistics and/or life cycle sustainment.
• Relevant BS and MA/MS degrees.
• Proficiency in Integrated Life Cycle Management per AFI 63-101/20-101.
• Knowledge of JCIDS, LCSP, DSOR, DMAP and related policy.
• Experience planning site surveys and bed-down requirements for test campaigns and deployments.
• Experience with international agreements and basing.
• Active TS clearance with in-scope T5/SSBI; SCI eligibility and CE participation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as logistics advisory lead for high-visibility and time-critical programs.
• Provide logistics planning, analysis, assessment, requirements verification and documentation review.
• Assess programs against the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements.
• Evaluate design and testing for reliability, availability, and maintainability metrics.
• Develop and coordinate logistics planning docs for life cycle ILS strategy.
• Advise government program managers through all phases of acquisition logistics planning.
• Perform independent studies to evaluate logistics and support system effectiveness.
• Conduct Configuration Management reviews to maintain logistics data.
• Develop maintenance plans, supportability analyses, and LORA tasks.
• Participate in logistics forums and ILS management teams.
• Support transition to operations and depot activation decisions.
• Confer with SETA/FFRDC teammates to resolve problems.
• Manage multiple programs with proper coordination and resource use.
• Draft and edit final program reports, documents, and briefings.
• Brief senior government leadership with technical clarity.
• Coordinate with external agencies and track all agreements for USSF alignment.
• Aid Monthly Status Reports covering activities, challenges, and deliverables.
