Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business management field.
• Extensive experience in government acquisition management (15+ years).
• Familiarity with DoD space acquisition life-cycle processes.
• Knowledge of U.S. space systems and EVMS.
• Leadership in multi-contractor environments; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate program data to generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports and manage knowledge repositories.
• Develop PMR slides, Point Papers, and background papers for ESBMC2.
• Prepare responses to programmatic taskers for PM approval.
• Support management of ESBMC2 contracts and related actions (RFPs, PWS, source eval).
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance to flag negative trends early.
