Job summary

The Alfond Inn at Rollins in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead daily spa operations, including massage, esthetics, reception, and retail. You will support staff, handle guest requests, and assist with payroll and scheduling while maintaining inventory and ordering for spa products.

We value a customer-focused leader with strong numerical skills and experience in purchasing and budgeting within hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership/supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Experience with scheduling and customer service preferred.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Spa Supervisor is to provide support to the staff in the daily operations of the Spa, including, but not limited to, massage, estheticians, retail, spa reception, spa reservations, and fitness. The Spa Supervisor will also support in the handling of all guests' requests, and in payroll and scheduling as well as product inventory and ordering.

Technical Skills

• High aptitude in working with numbers and able to efficiently use a calculator

Experience/Education

A minimum of 1 year leadership/supervisory experience; hospitality experience or strong customer service experience preferred; appointment scheduling experience helpful; retail and sales experience preferred

Physical Demands

• This position is physically demanding and requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders and lifting up to 65 pounds. Requires flexible working hours including nights and weekends; Extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods.
