Job summary

Montage International in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Spa Supervisor to support the spa leadership and ensure daily operations run smoothly across providers, reception, spa attendants and wellness team.

You will uphold all policies, anticipate guest needs, manage opening/closing, and assist in admin tasks, promotions, and staff development to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisor experience in a spa setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies, procedures and standards are implemented, functional, and adhered to consistently.
• Anticipate guest needs.
• Daily opening and closing responsibilities of the spa.
• Support Spa Manager and Director in administrative tasks including sales reports, staff performance tracking, coordinating promotions and facility maintenance.
• Conduct and support ongoing educational opportunities for associates, including daily line ups.
• Assist in communication between departments for day-to-day operations.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest or associate concerns with management.
• Communicate any guest or associate concerns to the rest of the management team.

Spa Supervisor

SUMMARY

The purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to provide support for the spa management team in all areas of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments enabling the staff to provide optimal guest service, specifically the providers, guest reception, spa attendant, and wellness team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
