Responsibilities

• Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are implemented, functional, and adhered to consistently.
• Anticipate guest needs.
• Daily opening and closing responsibilities of the spa.
• Support Spa Manager and Director in administrative tasks including sales reports, staff performance tracking, coordinating promotions and facility maintenance.
• Conduct and support ongoing educational opportunities for associates, including daily line ups.
• Assist in communication between all departments for day-to-day operations to be successful.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve any guest issues or concerns that may arise.
• Communicate any guest or associate concerns to the rest of the management team.

Summary

Essential Functions

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisor experience in a spa setting preferred.

Physical Requirements

Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
