- Answer phones, book appointments, gift cards and upgrades.
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance.
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
- Positive, energetic attitude; team player.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and achieve targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to spa guests and members.
- Greet guests on arrival and assist with their needs.
- Manage calls, appointments, gift cards and add-ons.
- Maintain organized records and files.
