Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in spa, beauty, or wellness required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell spa treatments, packages, and skincare products.
• Explain treatment benefits and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for loyalty and repeat visits.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure every client experience is professional and welcoming.
• Collaborate with the spa team for smooth daily operations.
