Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa of Holmdel is looking for a Spa Sales Associate to join our busy, high-rated spa in the Kohls Shopping Plaza on Rt 35. We’re a fun, family-oriented team with a supportive and relaxed professional environment, dedicated to making every visit the best hour of our client's month.

As the hosts of the spa, Spa Associates create 5-star experiences by connecting with clients, co-workers, and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services; training provided.
• Excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
• Capable of working flexible hours.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
