Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks friendly Spa Associates to welcome guests and perform front-desk duties, answer phones, schedule appointments, and promote memberships.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, training webinars, and opportunities for advancement within a growing wellness brand. You’ll help deliver 5-star experiences and maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask while focusing on the guest.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
