Glo Tanning in Chickasha, OK seeks a Spa Consultant who is FUN, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING and dedicated to helping clients feel their best. You will greet customers, assist with services, and keep the salon inviting and spotless.

Previous sales and customer service skills are a plus; you will meet sales goals, recommend tailored options, deliver outstanding service, and support audits while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Must be able to stoop, bend and lift up to 10 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Provide expert recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Maintain a spotless, organized salon environment.
• Assist in preparing the salon for audits and inspections.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and escalate issues as needed.
