Haven Spa Pool and Hearth is seeking a skilled Spa and Pool Maintenance Technician in Clackamas, OR. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, balance water chemistry, and repair controls while delivering outstanding service to customers.

This hands-on position requires strong troubleshooting, a mechanical mindset, and the ability to manage schedules and communicate effectively with clients. A valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in spa, pool, or hot tub maintenance and repair preferred.
• Basic knowledge of water chemistry, hydraulics, and pool/spa equipment.
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems and plumbing fundamentals.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and prioritize service calls.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of residential and commercial spas and pools.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on pumps, heaters, filters, and jets.
• Test and balance water chemistry including pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels.
• Troubleshoot and repair spa and pool control systems and equipment.
• Communicate service findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and document completed work orders.
• Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies for upcoming jobs.
