Job summary

Southall Farm & Inn's Spa is seeking a Nail Technician to perform luxe manicure and pedicure experiences in a high-end spa setting. This hourly plus commission role requires TN Nail Technician license, strong client service, and a passion for wellness.

Responsibilities include nail treatments, sanitation, retail promotion, and collaboration with the team to ensure guest satisfaction. Flexible scheduling and professional growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled in all aspects of proper nail services and nail care.
• Minimum one year experience as a Nail Technician in a high-end salon or spa environment.
• Excellent personal appearance, good communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a high-volume service environment while maintaining composure.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols.
• Explain nail services and products to members and guests in a knowledgeable, professional manner.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
• Prepare nail services equipment and supplies daily.
• Promote and execute effective retail sales.
• Be knowledgeable about all spa programs and services.
