The Role

We're seeking a Spa Nail Technician with a passion for precision and polish, someone who specializes in Eastern European manicure and loves creating natural, classic, impeccably finished nails. Our clients value clean, refined results, and you'll be the one delivering them.

If your technique is strong and you're eager to learn, we'll invest in your training and help you build on your skills in our spa environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform Eastern European manicures with meticulous cuticle work and a clean, polished finish
• Create natural, classic nail looks, including gel polish and traditional polish application
• Deliver a calm, attentive, high-touch experience for every client
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization
• Keep your station and tools immaculate
• Build lasting client relationships and help grow your regular clientele
• Recommend products from our curated retail collection to complement each client's experience
• Take part in ongoing training to sharpen your technique and learn our spa's signature methods

What We're Looking For

• Current Pennsylvania nail technician license (or the ability to obtain one before starting)
• Training or experience in Eastern European manicure, or a strong foundation and a real eagerness to learn it
• An eye for detail and a preference for natural, classic aesthetics over trend-heavy nail art
• A warm, professional presence and excellent client communication
• Reliability, punctuality, and pride in your work
• Comfort appearing in photos and videos that showcase our team and services
• Saturday availability is required

Schedule

We're open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sundays and Mondays, giving you a consistent two-day weekend. Saturday availability is a must.
