• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis.
• Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on benefits of services and enhancements
• Provide excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
