Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is seeking motivated Sales Associates at our Clark, NJ location. You will drive membership sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and educate clients on spa services and enhancements.

Qualifications

Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales experience, membership sales a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on services and enhancements.
Provide excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and handling membership sales.
Promote sales, promotions, and events.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
