Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals and drive conversions.
• Achieve performance-based targets (membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, gift card sales).
• Maintain knowledge of services and educate clients on benefits and enhancements.
• Provide excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships.
• Promote promotions and events to clients and members.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards and present a professional image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
