Job summary

Pechanga Resort & Casino is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver exemplary massage and/or facial services to guests. The role requires a valid esthetician license for facial work and a minimum of 500 massage training hours, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include performing varied massage and facial treatments, maintaining clean treatment rooms, and upholding Four Diamond Service standards in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have 500 hours massage training from an approved school.
• Esthetician license required for facial treatments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 50, 80, or 100-minute massage and 25, 50, or 80-minute facial.
• Demonstrate knowledge of skin care products, facials and waxing (esthetician license required).
• Maintain treatment rooms and cleanliness; set up and breakdown massage rooms.
• Adhere to Pechanga Resort & Casino policies and departmental service standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers; resolve issues professionally.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings and workshops as directed.
