Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, experienced Spa Massage Therapist to join Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, NH. The role includes Swedish, deep tissue and other therapies, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

This full-time position requires excellent client communication, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and holidays. Great benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Valid state massage therapy license or certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness center, or clinical environment preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other techniques based on client needs.
• Conduct client consultations to assess condition and history prior to treatment.
• Maintain a clean, serene treatment space in line with health and safety standards.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout each session and document observations.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Suggest appropriate spa products and at-home practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with modalities and certifications.
• Collaborate with spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
