Qualifications

• Valid Florida State Massage Therapy license.
• Minimum one year of massage therapy experience.
• Spa experience preferred.
• Proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Maternity, and Hot Stone techniques.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and split shifts as needed.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage and body treatment services to members and guests per spa standards.
• Promote and educate guests on spa retail products and services.
• Participate in product knowledge, sales, and continuing education training.
• Maintain the spa booking/scheduling system and room readiness.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address feedback professionally.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and state licensing requirements.
• Assist with special projects and duties as assigned by spa leadership.
