Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid NM Massage Therapist License.
• One year experience in a high volume environment as a massage therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage and body treatments.
• Respond to guests’ complaints and concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
• Uphold hygiene and sterilization standards as directed by spa regulations.
• Occasionally trains support staff and assists in spa operations.
• Restock and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Communicate with administration any occurrences requiring correction.
• Promote spa treatments, services, and promotions to guests.
