Job summary

The Spa at Palms in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Massage Therapist to deliver comprehensive massage, baths and body therapies with professionalism and top-tier guest service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and high standards of customer care are essential.

Scheduling flexibility and on-call availability are required to meet guest needs. Candidates must hold a current state Massage Therapy license, be authorized to work in the US, and have 1–3 years’ experience in a hotel/resort

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current state Massage Therapy License.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
• 1–3 years experience as Massage Therapist, preferably in a hotel/resort.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of Massage Theory, Anatomy, and Physiology.
• Must be polished, professional, and fluent in English.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, weekends; On Call if needed.
• Organized, timely and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and abide by Trilogy and The Spa at Palms policies and procedures.
• Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable spa service.
• Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs with a professional manner.
• Setup and break down of designated treatment area with neat and stocked work areas.
• Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities when needed.
• Interact cooperatively with guests and co-workers.
• Anticipate guest needs and adhere to Forbes 5 Star Standards.
• Communicate guest problems or complaints to Spa Manager on Duty.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with policy.
