Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Massage Therapist to provide a range of massage services, align sessions with guests’ needs, and promote ongoing wellness within LifeSpa and Salon.

You will educate guests on products and treatments while maintaining a professional atmosphere and building relationships across departments. You should have a massage therapy license, a high school diploma, and the ability to perform all massage modalities, with a focus on customer care and repeat business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Ability to perform all massage therapy services and treatments.
• Knowledge of basic PC operating.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provides individualized massage therapy services and treatments meeting clients’ needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintains LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness.
• Promotes and sells massage therapy services and treatments and encourages repeat business.
• Keeps current on certifications and industry trends.
