Job description

Pacific Hospitality Group is hiring a Massage Therapist. Hourly rate: $14.75.

Responsibilities
  • Administer professional massage and body treatments to guests.
  • Provide a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and general understanding of body treatments, including the spa’s specific offerings.
  • Maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact.
  • Respond to individual guest needs as they occur and provide wellness solutions.
  • Adhere to timely arrival, promptness with each appointment, and complete services within the allotted time.
  • Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
  • Inform and educate guests about specific wellness concerns.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to support spa needs.
  • Properly care for equipment, use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls, and maintain knowledge of all services and products offered.
  • Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
  • Perform prep work, clean, and restock rooms as required.
  • Communicate incidents involving associates or guests to management.
  • Actively promote spa treatments, services, retail, programs, promotions, and discounts.
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate and immediate responses to all guest requests.
  • Work independently without direct supervision.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
  • Attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company, associates, and guest information.

  • Knowledge to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet guest needs.
